Larry Trilops is a healthcare advisor and search executive who has been in the industry for 25+ years. He has experience in working in non-profit, for-profit, and public sectors of healthcare. Much of his career was spent in the executive level of organizations with large scopes of operational, strategic, and cultural responsibilities. Throughout his career, Larry has had significant interaction with numerous health systems, publicly elected, and other organizational boards. He understands the challenges boards and executives face in the complex healthcare environment and is able to use his skills to address these challenges when doing executive search and advisory work. He has been able to help organizations find top-tier talent through his search work and helps clients innovate and succeed through his advisory engagements. Because of his depth of experience in healthcare, he is able to bring a perspective and solutions to his clients few others can. Larry graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. He then went on to complete his MBA at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. He resides in Reno, Nevada, and enjoys time with his family.
