David Sibery, MBA

David Sibery has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. David’s experience includes serving as Corporate VP, Physician Services for Pipeline Health as well as CEO and Senior Regional Director of Practice Operations of the Detriot Medical Center Medical Group. David has led strategic planning for the development of physician practices, location selection, best practice development and hospital alignment strategies. His experience includes oversight of a group of 300+ providers representing 25 service areas. He has significant experience in physician recruitment, group practice assessment, development and implementation of practice optimization plans to improve efficiencies and experience. His leadership experience includes for profit, not for profit, private equity, physician owned safety net and academic health care organizations. David earned a bachelor of science degree from Carroll University, Waukesha, WI and a master of healthcare administration degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. David resides in Seattle, WA and enjoys sports, live music, traveling and being near the mountains and water.

Penny Reardon is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience spanning diverse industries including healthcare, hospitality and real estate. As a business consultant and strategist, Penny uses her start up, for profit and not for profit experiences to build innovative programs and processes for organizational excellence and market differentiation. Penny is consistently recognized for her signature passion and expertise in creating programs and businesses that expand market share, increase revenues and create unmatched consumer experiences that inspire optimal customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty. Penny’s past successes include developing programs and services for both independent physician and health system clients such as: Concierge medicine, Enhanced Primary Care “concierge lite” and Executive Health programs, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology & Medical Spa destinations, and Lifestyle, Integrative Medicine and Health and Wellness centers. As Principle Advisor for Doctor’s with a Dream, Penny works with each client to define their specific needs and path for transition from traditional practice to an innovative alternative model of care. Penny earned a bachelor of arts degree from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY and holds advanced non clinical certifications in Evidence Based Healthcare Design (EDAC), Concierge Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Age Management and Medical Aesthetics. Penny resides in Reno, Nevada and is an avid skier, tennis player, outdoor enthusiast and international traveler.

Meet the Team – Dana Dye, RN, MPH

Dana

Dana Dye is a healthcare executive coach and advisor who has been working in the industry for 40+ years. She has vast executive experience working in both non-profit, for-profit, and public sectors of healthcare. As a nurse, Dana worked in critical care, emergency care, and trauma prior to becoming a highly effective healthcare leader and executive. For the last 30 years, Dana’s career has been at the executive level with integrated health networks leading transformational change, improving quality outcomes, employee engagement, patient experience, and cultural change. She has held executive positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. In addition, she served as a corporate Vice President/CNO for a $14 billion+/year health system and most recently as CEO of their $3B+/year flagship hospital. Throughout her career, Dana has served on local, state, and private sector boards focused on the health of communities and organizations. This has led to significant interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds including elected officials, system leaders, organizational boards, and state and national leaders in healthcare. She understands the current challenges of hospitals, physicians, health systems and organizational boards face in today’s complex environment. Dana has provided executive coaching and mentoring for many healthcare leaders including hospital executives, clinic leaders, and physician leaders. She has also served organizations as a consultant for organ transplant programs, and organizational operational and clinical improvements. Dana received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Webster University. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Public Health and Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She splits her time living between Memphis, Tennessee, and Kansas City, Missouri. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening, and fishing.
